MONTHLY FITNESS PROGRAM POLICY

All monthly fitness programs are designed to keep you on a consistent plan & progressing you towards your fitness goals. Therefore, packages or any pre-paid plan has to be used within 90 days of purchase date. There are no refunds.

 

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Remember, consistency, proper nutrition, and adherence are key factors in achieving your fitness results. We will set realistic goals together based on your intake and reassess quarterly to progress as needed. Fitness journey’s are unique to each individual, so its important to focus on progress over perfection & mastering habits versus focusing on outcomes. Most importantly, we will have fun in the process!

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A strict 24-hour cancellation notice is required and the client is responsible for a full session charge. To avoid a late charge, rescheduling within the week is an option if the trainer’s schedule allows. If you know you are going to be more than 15-min late, please text or call me to let me know.

 

IMPORTANT BILLING POLICY

All payments including renewals for “Pre-Pay” Monthly and recurring “Pre-Pay Monthly” subscriptions are due at the start of your program.

An invoice will be sent via Venmo or a Renewal Reminder email will be sent out. You will have up to 5 days to send payment or there will be a halt in your fitness program until payment is made.

All payments are due upon receipt. I accept checks, cash, Venmo, or PayPal. (Please note: a processing fee may be applied to online credit card payments)

TERMINATION OF FITNESS/YOGA PROGRAM

As a courtesy, please allow 10-15 days’ notice for terminating your personal fitness or yoga lessons. Thank you for your cooperation!
