ONLINE FITNESS COACHING FAQ’S

JMF online programs include, general full body strength, cardio fitness, weight training, and holistic programs customized on a monthly basis. Every 4 weeks, you will receive a new workout plan based on your progress each month!

Each week includes up to 7 days of split workout routines, circuit, or cardio based workouts that will evolve over the course of the month and beyond!

Basic Nutrition and macronutrient coaching available for additional charge.

The recommended commitment is minimum 90 days to build your workout routine as a habit. Reaching desired goals is dependent on many factors, including lifestyle, motivation, & any other barriers that may incur during your program.
